What to bring to the outposts
sleeping bag rain gear fishing rod and tackle
camera and/or camcorder mosquito coils insect repellant
sun screen first aid kit matches
towel toiletries toilet tissue
flashlight garbage bags groceries for entire stay
landing net paper towel dish soap
life jacket

Weight Restrictions
  • Your party is allowed 125 lbs. per person. This includes all of your gear, groceries, ice, pop and beer.
  • The cost basis for all our fly-in trips in calculated on 125 lbs to our outposts and 75 lbs per person to Amphibian Lake Lodge.
  • Any extra weight availability on the aircraft is utilized for camp supplies.
  • If you are in excess of these weights you will be charged $1.50 U.S. per pound on a "space available basis" only.
  • It is not our intention to charge for over weight but if you arrive over the weight limit, we sometimes have no choice.

Helpful Hints
  • Do not bring those 40 lb tackle boxes.
  • Do not over pack clothing.
  • Do not bring more beverage than you are going to drink.

Fishing Licenses
Manitoba and Ontario fishing licenses can be purchased at our office in Lac du Bonnet.
Moose and bear hunting information is available upon request.

All garbage must be brought out with you.

Bring canned beer. "No Bottled beer"

Bring all gear packed in duffle bag, pack sack or plastic container.

We cannot fly loose articles, including groceries.

Groceries must be packed at a minimum in sturdy cardboard boxes.

Small containers pack better in the aircraft.

Baggage limit:
Outposts limit is 125 lbs per person.
